Senior JavaScript Developer - Ecommerce - React, Redux, Node

We are searching for a Senior JavaScript Developer to work on an industry leading ecommerce platform built using React, Redux and Node

The Senior JavaScript Developer will join a new product team of 5 mid to senior engineers. This team are mainly responsible for the hyper-flexible React based search application with server-side rendering via node. Alongside extending and improving this core search app the team are also responsible for identifying other backend and middle-tier services that would benefits from a new approach with Node.

We are looking for any JavaScript Developers with experience working with React looking to take the step into a more senior role handling more architecture and agile requirements design. You need to have a passion for software quality via concepts like TDD/BDD and CI/CD and understand that what you are doing is creating value of the user and in turn, the business.

In the last 12 months, we have promoted 1 Senior Engineer in this team to a lead, and two mid-levels to senior. It is an environment that encourages collaboration and drives people to do their best work whilst offering incentives to stay working in the company in the form of new projects, new technology and career advancement.
