ENS is urgently seeking an experienced Technical Team Coordinator to assist our client based in Thurrock for 3 months.

* Logistical; articulate and methodical, analytical, numerate and literate, work well under pressure, good time management, good team worker, ability to multi-task.
* Personal attributes; punctual, tenacious, persevering, use initiative.
* Ability to concentrate for extensive periods of time to ensure detail and accuracy of incidents and service requests.
* To offer general guidance and advice to internal customers, which at times may be seen as complex for non IM&T Staff.
* To be able to work alone, and assign priorities accordingly to calls in line with our SLA's.
* To provide peer to peer support / escalation and also be a point of support for junior staff within the team.
* This role will provide an administrative support to the Technical Manager, Scheduling meetings with various teams / 3rd parties, booking available rooms/resources.
* To be present in the office when the Technical Manager is away from the office, and respond to the queries of peers.


* Ability to use Active Directory for account management and password resetting
* Richmond IT Service Management System knowledge/experience.
* ITIL awareness
* Understanding of Microsoft desktop operating systems and associated applications to deal with user queries/resolutions.
* Experience of remote fixes, via DameWare, RDP or other terminal services
* Ability to create of access/folder permissions, security groups, OU's and all other aspects within AD.
* Awareness of networking / server infrastructure technology.
