Established for over 90 years, this independent supplier of high quality commercial fuels and lubricants has grown from a local London based distributor into a national supplier, offering unrivalled experience in fuels and lubricants and a deep knowledge base to provide the best possible independent advice and technical support.
TELESALES EXECUTIVE / INTERNAL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
SALARY: £17,000 - £18,000 (DOE) Basic, £23,000 OTE, plus Benefits
LOCATION: Based at the company’s head office in Harlow, Essex, you must live within easy daily commuting distance, including; Braintree, Chelmsford, Romford, Basildon, Bishop’s Stortford, Stevenage, St Albans, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, etc.
You will be joining a highly motivated, hardworking, and friendly sales team, working in a fast-paced environment selling the company’s range of products and services to a broad spectrum of customers such as construction, plant hire, and agricultural industries, focussing on maximising sales opportunities from existing customers and prospecting for new business.
Although this is very much a proactive outbound sales role it isn’t a 'smile and dial’ or 'hard sell’. The main purpose of your call is to build on-going relationships with existing customers, develop new accounts, remind customers of the company’s USP’s, and maintain your position as regular / preferred supplier.
You will be an experienced Telesales Executive / Internal Sales Account Manager, with solid sales experience and strong relationship building skills, plus the ability to isolate and overcome objections in a confident, robust and professional manner, and have a real desire to achieve and exceed targets. Industry knowledge is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
An enthusiastic and motivated telesales professional with an outgoing, friendly nature, you will have strong organisational skills, good IT knowledge, and the initiative to generate and follow up your own leads.
While internal sales / telesales experience is essential, no product knowledge is needed, just the desire to sell!
