Person Specification
This role would suit a motivated KS1/KS2 Teacher who has worked with SEN pupils before and 2 years of teaching experience. Ideally, the school need a teacher who is able to inspire pupils through their passion for education and use their superb written and verbal communication to simplify tough concepts. You will be a capable individual who can work effectively within a team and keep hold of any class with integrity and style. You should have evidence from the style and pace of your lessons that you are fully conversant with the current national curriculum and the skills to swiftly find your feet in your new position .

About the Role
This KS1/KS2 Teacher role involves you joining a specific KS1/KS2 class based on the school's need. You will be able to teach with the latest educational equipment with scope to keep up with any technological advancements; currently the school has multiple sensory rooms. To ensure you settle into your new role and environment as quickly as possible the leadership team will assign you a personal mentor who will be available to guide and support you at every step of your development. As a KS1/KS2 Teacher you will be carrying out your duties under the supportive Headteacher and having the greatest of resources.
