They have been established for over 20 years providing business (B2B) with digital office equipment, managed print services and document solutions. They have an extensive client base working with a range of SME, public sector and corporate organisations.

What you will do:
The successful Photocopier Engineer will be responsible for the following:
Service, repair and maintenance of equipment (photocopiers, printers and MFDs)
Ensure all visits are completed in accordance with call control and in a timely manner
Ensure standard of repair / maintenance is accordance with company expectations
Advise of potential upgrades
Identifying needs and establishing user requirements
Identifying opportunities to improve service
Assessing the benefits or disadvantages of the proposed changes
Maintains records and prepares reports as necessary
Ensuring appropriate resources are available
Promoting excellent customer service at all times
Ensuring minimal waste of resources and securing value for money
Attend training sessions where required in order to complete required skill set

Your experience will include:
Previous experience working as a Photocopier Engineer servicing and repairing photocopiers, printers and MFDs
Experience of working in the managed print services industry
Ideally trained to service, repair and maintain either Ricoh, Canon or HP low to high volume printing machines
Colour theory and connectivity knowledge
Experience of delivering excellent customer service
Good problem solving and problem analysis skills
