Events & Marketing Assistant
Ryder Reid are recruiting an Events & Marketing Assistant for a highly esteemed global law firm based in the City.
As Events & Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high quality events support to the London office. You will work with both the Business Development and Reception teams in the organisation, planning and execution of all London office events, both internal and external. This will be a broad events role, where the Events & Marketing Assistant will take responsibility for all events logistics, as well as attending the events on the day. You will as the Marketing Assistant be responsible for maintaining the InterAction database, preparing handouts for events, and assist the Business Development team with a range of other business development and marketing activities.
The ideal candidate for the Events & Marketing Assistant will have relevant work experience from a law firm or other professional services firm. You must be a good team player, with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people of all levels. Outstanding attention to detail and organisational abilities are a must for this Marketing Assistant role.
