Reed Insurance has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join a leading IFA in Glasgow City Centre. My client provides a financial consultancy service with a holistic approach to financial planning and business support. The successful candidate will work as PA / Administrator to the Company Director. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate already working in an IFA firm to take the next exciting stage in their career.

Main Responsibilities
• Supporting and assisting Director / Senior Financial Adviser
• Diary management and preparing for client meetings
• Processing new business applications
• Creating and maintaining client data
• Liaison with product providers
• Chasing external providers for updates
• Submitting compliance on behalf of advisers
• Chasing the network for adviser fees
• Processing Pension withdrawals and annual review documents
• Uploading client documents onto the network.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working with Pensions, Investments, Life and Protection Products and have a minimum of 2 years experience working within an IFA Environment.
