Supported Living Deputy Manager
I am curently recruiting for a Supported Living Deputy Manager in West London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least two to three years' experience working with people with learning disabilities.
The position is £22,132. Additional payments will be made for sleep ins and double time is paid for working on bank holidays
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: to assist the staff team in delivering high quality support to individuals which enables people to maximise their independence and exercise real choice and control in their lives.
To assist the manager in managing, supervising and motivating the staff team and ensuring the service complies with the organisation standards relating to CQC and Health & Safety.
YOUR ROLE: To work alongside the Supported Living Manager to oversee a service for people with learning disabilities. The role also involves you to play a key role in planning and delivering support using the Individual Service Fund methods in collaboration with the tenants and their families.
Hours 38 hours per week although this may vary according to the rotas. The hours will be flexible and the need to work sleep-ins, some evening and weekends will be required.
