My client requires a Service Manager for their 25 bed home in Penzance, the service provides first class residential and nursing care for those with learning and physical disabilities. To apply for this Service Manager role you must be dynamic, motivated, and passionate about outcomes for disabled people.

As the Service Manager you will be reporting to the Head of Operations, be responsible for the day to day management of the service. Your key responsibilities include management and supervision of a great staff team, financial management of the service, health and safety management and fulfilling the charities statutory obligations.

To work with this fantastic charitable care organisation you must have a background in care, hold a level 5 in leadership and be able to hold the registration.
