Technical Client Services Manager - Financial Services (Alternative Asset Management), Central London, £70-80,000.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, technical, execution-oriented leader, with preferably a proven track record of delivering and improving support services to clients within the alternative investment industry e.g. Private Equity, Hedge Funds etc.

Key Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience.
- At least 5+ years working within a management and support facing role.
- Excellent understanding of Infrastructure Technology and Alternative Asset Market (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, FoF).
- Managed Service Provider environment experience is highly desirable.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of engineers.
- Good working knowledge and experience in Windows Server 2003-2008, Exchange 2003-2010, AD, LAN/WAN.
- ITIL practitioner
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Nice to Have (optional):

- Knowledge of trade life cycle and / or market data applications, such as Bloomberg, Thomson, Reuters etc. is strongly preferred (but not essential).

About the Role:

Responsibilities will include:

- Managing a team of engineers; 50:50 split between client service Engineers and Service Desk Engineers.
- Coaching, mentoring and guiding the individuals in the Support team with an ethos of High Quality Service Delivery.
- Ensure first Contact resolution is aimed for on a daily basis.
- Meeting and/or exceeding client SLA's
- Helping develop Client-specific strategies to identify and address Client's needs.
