A great opportunity has recently become available for a Team Leader role within a Market Research team, based in Bracknell. Willingness to travel is essential for the role.

The company are a leading construction company who offer a range of different building services and operate across the world in France, China and the USA.

This vacancy has become available within the Worldwide Marketing Intelligence team which offers market analysis across a range of building services products. The company’s mix of technical and marketing knowledge allows clients to make confident decisions about their marketing and business strategy.

Main duties & responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the publishing process of regular multi-client studies to its full completion. This includes management of resources and deliverables
• Coordinate the delivery of team members and third part contractors as and when required
• Manage private clients projects from the initial stage all the way through to completion and final delivery
• Develop plans, resourcing requirements and work structure to ensure the successful achievement of projects to support short terms strategy
• Work with the Business Manager and individual portfolio managers to develop new multi-client projects and other services in line with market needs and client expectations.
• Develop and implement analytical roadmaps and devise methodology for producing effective and informative reports
• Day to day managing of the team; training, coaching, mentoring etc.
• Attend trade shows and make industry presentations
• Any other duties deemed necessary

Candidate essential requirements:
• Degree in Economics, Econometrics, Business studies of relevant Engineering degree
• Perfect knowledge of both written and spoken English
• At least one other main language (German/French/Italian/Spanish)
• Extensive experience in market research (investigate, problem identifying & solving)
• Understanding/awareness of a commercial environment
• Previous project management experience and skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills
• Minimum 2 years Team Management experience
• Flexibility and willingness to travel

• Understanding and knowledge of a HVAC environment in relation to buildings

The salary for this role is dependent on experience and skill set but is paying around £35k - £40k per annum.
The package also includes great employee benefits including 26 holiday days and childcare vouchers for example.

The standard working hours for this role is Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm and is mainly office based, however flexibility and willingness to travel is essential.
