My client is looking for a Facilities Manager to work in a bank in Central London. The contract is covering Maternity Leave for 9-12 months.

HOURS OF WORK: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 08.00 HRS TO 13.00 HRS

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

(a) The Service Provider will manage the delivery, performance and provision of the
Services in a planned, co ordinated and appropriately resourced manner.

(b) In managing the Services, the Service Provider will without limitation:
* meet the business needs of the Employer
* adequately and appropriately resource all aspects of the requirements;
* establish, maintain and operate procedures for effective planning, organisation,
control, monitoring and review of all Services in accordance with the requirements;
* provide and operate appropriate management systems in accordance with this
Agreement;
* monitor and report to the Employer on the management of the Services and provide
such other information regarding the Services at such frequencies as the Employer
requires; and
* provide a safe, secure and comfortable working environment for all personnel whilst
minimising adverse impact on the environment.
* From time to time cover the main entrance reception desk
