Are you a groundworks engineer with experience in residential projects?

Do you have experience working on projects up to the value of £5,000,000?

Are you looking for a contractor that can provide a steady work flow and projects in your area?

My client are a leading Civil Engineering and Infrastructure contractor based in the North, South and West of the country, with years of experience working on Civil engineering, Earthworks, Remediation, renewable energy and water & coastal projects. They are heavily involved in every aspect of Heavy and Light Civil Engineering.

They currently require a Site Engineer to come on board a new residential project based in the Gloucester area, as a hands on Site Engineer you will oversee the infrastructure works for a new housing development of 300+ homes.


* The interpreting of data and setting out of roads, drainage, structure and earthworks.
* The interpreting of drawings and implementation of quality procedures.
* Take off and ordering of materials.

Personal Attributes:

* Good all-round understanding of civil engineering processes.
* Ability to undertake setting out of civil engineering and earthworks.
* Understanding of how to set up machine guidance on equipment.
* Capable of producing setting out information from the data provided.
* Ability to take off material quantities.
* The ability to implement the requirements of a Quality Management System.
* A solid understanding of civil engineering operations is essential.

Role Summary:

Due to the nature of the company they are not restricted to specific salary bandings due to internal politics and are able to offer a very attractive salary as well as tailored packages.

Salary up to £45,000 + Car + Pension + Health care
