Building Services Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Building Services Administrator to join Brookvex IMS on a permanent basis. This position is a direct result of our recent expansion across all sectors of our business and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the companies / departments continued growth.

Reporting directly into the Building Services Management team, your role will be to provide administrative support to the team ensuring all works assigned are completed on time and to the standard required. Within your role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

• Provide support and assistance to the team in the delivery of projects.
• Dealing with any incoming and outgoing correspondence between customers, the office and site, acting as an interface for the department.
• Arranging meetings with site teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Liaison with clients and site management teams with implementation in relation to planning, programme of works, checking materials, monitoring quality and standards.
• Organising timetables and workloads for the division.
• Assisting with updating all project information, invoice checking, general administration, and any other duties required to assist in the smooth running of the office.

Key Skills

• Well presented, enthusiastic individual who is committed to high levels of organisation and customer service, with excellent communication skills, who can demonstrate excellent administrative skills, plus be able to prioritise and organise own work load.
• An excellent knowledge of computer programmes (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
• Have proficient writing and literacy skills, and able to work in a pressure environment
• Self-motivated methodical and confident individual would be ideal.
• Previous building services experience would be an advantage although not essential.

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, however you may be required to work outside of these hours to fit the needs of the business as it continues to grow.
