Sales & Retentions Executives
We are currently looking to recruit Sales & Retentions Executives to join both our Travel and Home Sales Team initially on 6 month contracts.
The purpose of the role is to generate and handle new business; respond to customer telephone enquiries, facilitate online shoppers, and proactively support these work flows across multiple consumer channels.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a customer service environment, any experience in Insurance and Sales would be ideal. It is essential to be target driven, competitive and have excellent communication skills, being able to build rapport naturally with customers.
The salary on offer for this position is from £16 - £18K per annum dependent on previous experience plus uncapped PRP of up to c£4-6k per annum, working a 37.5 hour week. Shift Pattern between 8am-7pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday with RDO(s). The successful candidate should also be prepared to work Bank Holidays and Sundays.
