Salary: £37,500 per annum + £1000 Welcome Bonus and excellent benefits

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours

We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work as a Clinical Lead Nurse within our client's attractive residential and nursing home in East London. The home is ideally situated with beautiful views over Canary Warf and Stepney Green. This care home has been specifically designed with the residents' needs in mind; they provide residential, nursing, palliative and respite care for elderly residents and those with dementia. Staff morale is very high and there is a very welcoming atmosphere to the home.

The home manager is looking for a passionate Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to assist with the smooth running of the home. This role involves supervising care staff, mentoring staff, medication and care plan audits.

Person Specification: We are looking for a qualified Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). Previous experience within a similar setting is essential for this position. You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC and be eligible to work in the UK. Previous management/ leadership experience is essential for this position.
