Helpdesk Analyst - Central London. A multinational Energy firm is looking for a personable Helpdesk Analyst to join its expanding team, based in Central London. You will provide a proactive IT support service to a globally dispersed user base and will have the opportunity to use cutting edge technologies.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have demonstrable expertise providing 1st line support in a Windows environment. Working within a small IT team you will be the first point of contact for all IT related issues and will provide both remote and deskside support. You are expected to have a solid grounding in Windows 7/10 and Active Directory, while any experience with Office 365, Windows Servers and networking would be advantageous to your application.

This role would suit an approachable, articulate, self-motivated technologist who is looking for a hands-on IT support role where they will gain exposure to Windows Server, VMware and SANs.
