Junior IT Client Relationship Manager

The Junior IT Client Relationship Manager acts as a primary business contact for clients; finding out what information, products or services the customer requires to meet their needs. You would then be responsible for providing clear, accurate and relevant information to internal project teams.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and helping the company meet current and future customer needs. You will maximize opportunities with existing customers and assist in the sales process where necessary.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate at all levels, be a strong negotiator and have the ability to take the lead. You will need to be flexible as there may be travel involved. Experience working within the IT or financial services industry would be highly advantageous as is a passion for technology. You must have excellent IT skills ie Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
This role would suit a recent graduate or college leaver who has some strong customer service experience who has well developed communication skills, a logical mind, an interest in technology and a proactive approach to work.
