My client is an exciting fintech start up company with an extremely strong team of more than 60 employees across 45 different countries. Their service is fixed on making international money transfer a seamless and straightforward practice for everyone involved, removing the drawn out process that consumers have become accustom to.
As they are going through an exciting growth period and are looking to double their team in size, they are currently looking to bring a Senior Marketing Manager to really hit the ground running and elevate them to another level.
Being the Senior Marketing Manager, there will be a strong element of strategy and implementation involved because it will be your responsibility to build trust and awareness of the brand within the UK and in European markets, specifically Poland, Czech Republic or Slovakia.
In this role you'll be focusing on identifying migrant communities in UK. You'll be charged with creating digital marketing & brand strategy, events, press, TV etc. in order to reach these communities
On a day to basis, you'll be working with ad/media & PR agencies to run online and offline campaigns, effectively stretching the outreach of communication channels for the UK and European Market that further down the line, will allow you to build a bigger team to support you in managing these channels.
As this is a role which involves working with international territories, you should ideally be a native speaker but still have strong English proficiency to be able to communicate with both markets collectively.
You should be used to be being forward-thinking and really thinking about different ways to solidify relationships with those specific European territories so if you have worked across integrated campaigns such as Digital, PR, Print, Social or Experiential then that would be an added bonus as it is all about really driving projects across all channels.

- 6-10 years experience in running successful digital consumer branding and PR campaigns within a strong brand or agency
- High level of data literacy - comfortable using business intelligence and data analytics tools to work on marketing plans
- Hands on experience of launching, managing and optimising awareness & trust building campaigns
- Fluency in English and either Polish, Czech or Slovakia
- Insightful knowledge on Polish, Czech or Slovakian consumers in the UK and internationally
