Our client is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their company in Milton Keynes on a Permanent basis.

Key responsibilities for the Business Development Executive will include:

* The role will be responsible for the lead generation across the business, and as such has responsibility to deliver and co-ordinate people and efforts, to achieve the target output of leads.
* The role will be responsible for the co-ordination of all resources with regards to the delivery of Stage 1 meetings to the sales function.
* You will be making outbound business to business calls, utilising Salesforce CRM, researching online and maximising relationships within the business to develop an expanding funnel of prospects.
* As part of this role it is expected that there are several key areas of responsibility to manage the process and ensure appropriate oversight for the business.

In order to be successful in the role of the Business Development Executive you must:

* Track existing client's activity to ensure opportunities aren't missed (i.e. ending frameworks).
* Provide reminders / support to Account Managers with marketing / messages for different categories.
* Identify and develop potential messages alongside Sales and Marketing functions.
* Research and map potential clients to increase the effectiveness of marketing.
* Take overall ownership of all data relating to lead generation is CRM system (salesforce).
* Provide Analysis alongside marketing of different methods and their effectiveness.
* Be a clear communicator with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
* Have excellent organisational and administration skills.
* Be innovative and critical thinking aligned with enthusiastic approach.
* Be target driven and able to prove delivery against KPIs.
* Be able to work independently and take initiative.
* Willingness to travel across UK when required (note that the role is based in Milton Keynes).
