The Company:
Our client is a well-established International company.

Main duties:
To be in charge of the day-to-day sales coordination and administration within a busy export sales team.

The Role:
- To process orders and ensure on-time delivery
- To liaise with other departments and distributors regarding product Availability / Quality / Shipment / Samples
- To handle customer enquiries efficiently
- To assist the Marketing Managers
- To assist the preparation of trade shows and exhibitions and the creation of marketing projects
- To provide administrative support (sales forecast, monitor and chase payments)
- To act as main point of contact for customer accounts
- To communicate with UK and overseas distributors as well as customers
- To update customers details accurately on the system

The Candidate:
- English to mother-tongue standard (Written and Spoken)
- Fluent in Spanish is also essential
- Fluency in Italian and/or French is an advantage
- Previous experience in Administration, Coordination and/or Customer Service
- Strong attention to details with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Computer literate (MS Office)

The Salary:
£30k to £35k p.a. DOE + benefits (pension scheme, healthcare, relocation package, company performance scheme, 22 days holiday)
