Job Title- Leadership & Membership Executive

Location - Central London

Salary - Up to £25,000 depending on experience

Hours - 37.5 Full Time Permanent

Closing Date 16th June - Interviews from the 19th June

Start date - ASAP

Our client is a Charity not for profit membership group based in Central London who assist leaders across the UK from business, government and the not-for-profit sector to come together and learn from eachother, offering events and networks, talent through mentoring and secondments and leadership programmes. They have over 200 organisations and have a professional, friendly and dedicated team of 24 in London ensuring that the organisations they work with are better informed and that they work effectively together.

We are looking for a full time Leadership & Membership Executive to be part of the team and report to the Head of Leadership and also work closely with the Head of Membership.

The role:-

This exciting new role will be spent between both departments providing excellent administrative support managing member and participant information, liaising with external stakeholders and planning for programme delivery.

You will assist with the launch of all leadership programmes, establish relationships and assist with packs, joining instructions, marketing materials and basic copywriting. Attending events, maintaining their CRM database and contributing to briefs.

You will assist members with day to day enquiries, coordinate new member processes, assist with annual memberships, provide support information and ensure that the member experience and engagement at all times.

Essential for the role:-

Outstanding customer service skills

Must have excellent written skills, be accurate and have some proof reading skills

Must have high attention to detail and a methodical approach

Must have experience of working to deadlines, be commercially aware

Must have excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Must have excellent communication skills across the board

Desirable:-

Experience of coordinating learning & development activities

Customer relationship management

Experience of working in a business to business environment

Experience of working in a membership organisation


We would be looking for a possible graduate who has excellent written and oral skills, exceptional attention to detail, MS Office skills and who wants to be involved with events and the organisation as a whole.
