The company: is a well-established company founded in 1989 that sells branded digital printers & printing systems globally via an international distributor channel in approximately 80 countries. they also have subsidiary offices in USA& Australia.The role and responsibilities:º We are looking to find an enthusiastic and self-motivated sales orientated individual wishing to develop their sales experience into a career in product sales.º Product training will be provided. The candidate must be willing to learn and become very familiar with all of our products. An affinity and love of new gadgets and technology would be a significant benefit.º The role will be based in our Poole head office with responsibility for developing sales both in the UK and overseas.º Good written communication is essential as the role requires constant communication via e-mail and well formulated written (e-mailed) quotes to be produced. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is essential.º Good verbal communication is also required. Candidates must be very happy making proactive telephone calls to prospective and on-going clients.º Full car driving license and passport are essential.º Finally the candidate must have the hunger and ability to ask for and close a sale. Commission is paid on every successful sale closed - and as such the commission structure is open ended.The role will be responsible for:º Business to Business Sales Role.º Learning about and becoming very knowledgeable of our products.º Following up all sales leads in a proactive manner.º Prospecting for new clients in the UK and overseas.º Developing sales through new dealers.º Inviting clients to our UK showroom in Poole and closing sales.º Presenting our products in an enthusiastic, structured and professional way.º Achieve or exceed sales targets as agreed.Additional Information ?25,000 - ?38,000 pa plus benefits that include a holiday entitlement, training and Company Pension Plan. Lap top and Mobile phonePersonal specification:The right candidate should have a passion and enthusiasm for sales, be self-motivated, and with an innate commercial acumen and a desire to close sales.The chosen candidate will need to be a good communicator in person, by telephone / Skype / What's App, and in writing via e-mail with a good command of written English.Although the office is business casual the candidate must present themselves professionally and appropriately for a sales position where you will be meeting clients from UK and overseas. Face to face meetings with prospective clients are frequent.The goal is to find new customers for products throughout the UK and overseas whilst also establishing new dealers for products. The candidate must be self-motivated to proactively seek out and find prospective clients / dealers as well as follow up the regular sales leads that are generated. The goal is to establish a client / dealer base that will generate regular on-going business.The ability to develop your sales, people and product skills in this role could enable you to develop your career into international channel sales management with the possibility of travelling to many interesting countries over the years ahead.
