This is a unique opportunity to work with the World Leader in the Enterprise Backup & Recovery as a 2nd / 3rd Line IT Technical Support Engineer. You will be part of a market-leading organisation who is changing the future of the backup industry.

- You will be supporting market-leading products, carrying out complex technical troubleshooting and facing new challenges on a daily basis

Required Experience

- You will have experience within the IT industry, along with strong troubleshooting abilities, ideally in a 2nd or 3rd Line engineer capacity.
- You will have experience working across either Windows, Linux or Unix Operating Systems

 You will have at least one of the following skills;

- Virtualisation: VMWare or Hyper-V
- Messaging: Exchange, SharePoint or Lotus Notes
- Storage: NetApp, EMC/Dell, HP or IBM Storage
- Backup Software: either CommVault, Veeam, NetBackup/BackupExec, Evault etc…
- Database: Oracle, Sybase, DB2 or Informix Database
