Does this sound like you?

Are you a passionate Full Stack Developer with a big focus on Java? Are you keen to delve into a lead role where you can take the lead in the major tech decisions?

What you will be involved in

This is a unique opportunity for a Full Stack Developer to join a growing digital agency in a technical lead position. You will be joining a small but exceptionally experienced team founded just over 6 years ago. You will be heavily involved in the business side of things from the onset and will have the freedom to explore new tech on projects you take the helm of.

Background & Tech

You will be working on existing systems built on a Java stack (Hibernate & Spring) and continue to build and work upon them, BUT you are by no means restricted to this tech for new upcoming projects. You will need to get your hands dirty and be willing to try out new tech, hopefully you will have some in your locker.

What you will need to bring to the table

- Web Application configuration and deployment experience (ideally Tomcat)
- Proven design and architect skills of large web applications
- Good knowledge of Linux (AWS experience ideal)
- REST API building experience
- Comfortable in the Agile methodology environment

You`ll have experience around these or at least be able to get your head around them easily

- Web Server Apache / Nginx experience
- Continuous integration services and build tools (e.g. Jenkins and Maven)
- PHP experience (fear not - it`s only for the odd WordPress plugin we`ve built but this isn`t a deal breaker)

You`d get bonus points if you have experience / desire to try out the following

- Mobile app development iOS (Swift / Objective C) & Android
- Node.js

If this sounds like something you`d like to explore then please don`t hesitate to apply for immediate consideration. Many thanks
