I am working with one of the most innovative start-ups in Location Services who are currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst/1st line Support to work across their product range, you will have the opportunity to work with a partner of some of the most recognised brands on the planet, these include Audi, Jaguar Land Rover and United Nations.

Have you ever lost a friend at a festival? Or maybe you have been to the 75% of the world that does not have a reliable street addressing? Using their unique location services these issues become a thing of the past. Further application of this product includes a range of autonomous transport services from delivery drones to self driving cars.

The ideal candidate will come from a technical support background, with experience in acquiring, setting up and configuring both hardware and software. As there is currently no one owning the support piece, this is a great opportunity for someone to come in and completely own this, setting up internal processes and reporting directly to the COO. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a year or two experience who is looking to step up and take on more responsibility.
