My client, a fast-growing financial services and technology firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join there fast-paced team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Content

  • Create and edit content for campaigns
  • Liaise with design agency where needed
  • Ensure content is on-brand and compliant

Email Marketing

  • Create and edit content for email
  • Ensure emails are on-brand and compliant

Website Management

  • Keep all corporate websites accurate, on-brand and up-to-date
  • Create, edit and publish blogs

Event Assistance

  • Contribute to planning, organisation and day-of execution of events
  • Create supporting materials for use before, during and after the event
  • Manage invite and reminder logistics

Social Media

  • Manage social media accounts
  • Suggest new channels and improve engagement on current accounts

Presentation Support

  • Create and amend PowerPoint presentations
  • Improve presentations to simplify and clarify message
  • Ensure presentations are on-brand and compliant

Marketing Standards

  • Comply with marketing standards and follow brand guidelines
  • Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes

Miscellaneous duties

  • Participate in planning meetings and contribute ideas
  • Answer queries in the Marketing Inbox
  • Control stock distribution and orders
  • Save final documents to the Marketing Drive
  • Update admin documents
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Hours of Work
Working hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 Monday to Friday.

Annual Leave
22 days plus statutory holidays
