Role overview:

The Partner & Affiliate Manager will be responsible for the recruitment and the development of affiliates which will provide quality leads (clicks) to our merchants. You will seek out and nurture relationships with affiliation platforms in order to maximise the quantity and quality of the leads (clicks) sent to our merchants. Affiliates can range from classifieds portals & shopping blogs to browser toolbars, publishing networks, etc,.

You will also work closely with a strong sales team (who are managing the merchant accounts), in order to ensure an overall profit for the German, Austrian and Swiss markets.

You will report to the Country Manager for DE/AT/CH.

Accountabilities and Deliverables:

Prospecting sites for collaboration, eg. classifieds portals, affiliate networks, blogs etc. ?

Preparing and conducting presentations ?

Conducting negotiations ?

In collaboration with our technical team, ensuring the implementation of solutions ?

Reporting on, optimizing and monitoring existing portfolio of partners

Previous Experience/Skills required:

Previous experience in affiliation platforms preferable ?

Strong ability to communicate, present and sell at every level ?

Confidence in approaching problem with creativity ?

Comfortable with autonomy ?

Minimum 2 years of professional experience ?

Good negotiation skills and ability to close deals quickly ?

Excellent internal and external partner relationship and interpersonal skills ?

Team player with strong work ethic and ability to adapt to and drive change ?

Commercially minded ?

Strong academic background - graduate preferred. ?

Salary and benefits: ?Up to £30,000 DOE plus 20% bonus, pension and benefits

Requirements/Other Information:

Role holder must be able to travel freely across Europe and be eligible to work in the UK ?

Must be fluent in German and English
