To provide an excellent reservations service to “Relocation” bookers, maximising revenue and occupancy whilst ensuring the highest possible levels of customer service.
Deliver monthly targets and excellent customer Service through incoming enquiries
Answer the telephones in accordance with company standards
Identify customer needs and convert enquiries to bookings
Deal with queries and bookings in a polite and efficient manner
Build appropriate relationships with customers and bookers that encourage rebooking
Work collaboratively with sales colleagues to ensure customer strategy is followed and that sales are aware of account developments.
Weekly and monthly reporting to Relo Team key stakeholders, including Sales Manager and Reservations Manager
Proactive engagement with key relocation companies to understand purchasing motives, key locations and client requirements
Proactively manage the Relocation Portals and enquiry platforms to maximise conversion. Work closely with key relocation clients and attend regular reviews with these clients to ensure relationships are maintained
Implement processes to ensure that relocation enquiries are recorded, tracked and monitored and work closely with the sales team to identify client progress.
Champion the Amsterdam property and convert enquiries from UK based business into bookings
Liaise with on-site Amsterdam team to ensure that guest arrival experience is aligned to Client expectations
Become familiar with the booking process to ensure that all bookings are reflected correctly in both the UK and Amsterdam reservation systems
Share knowledge proactively within the team to ensure that Amsterdam knowledge is passed equally between team members.
Previous experience within the Hotel/Tourism industry is essential
Knowledge of booking systems and distribution systems
Knowledge of the Amsterdam geography/culture plus the Dutch language would be advantageous but not essential

The location: Based in Bristol HQ with a requirement to travel to London for monthly meetings.
As Amsterdam champion there will be the need for occasional overnight business trips to the Netherlands.
The Salary; £17,000 + £5,000 Bonus per annum
