Our client is looking for a Part Time Administrator to work 9-1pm Monday to Friday for a 12 month fixed term contract.

The salary is £21k full time, so pro rata works out at £12,000.

Purpose of the role:-

To provide high quality and effective administration support to the finance and operations department.

Duties:-

Administration of company bank accounts and queries

*
Entry of general ledger balances

*
Administration of refund requests

*
Input of transactions, daily bank reconciliations and updating spreadsheets

*
Plan, organise, prioritise and manage own workload including problem solving

Skills and experience required: -

*
Solid Administration experience ideally from financial services or banking background

*
Experience of reconciliations or accounts administration or transaction processing would be desirable

*
Strong keyboard skills and experience of Excel

*
Excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with clients over the phone and email
