Further development of our platform that manages the batteries in the field, perform processing and data analysis of the received sensor data and offer business services (e.g. aggregating many small systems to provide grid level power shift).
The developers are also involved in the operations and maintenance of the platform too, so implementing deployment, monitoring, alerting tools is part of the role. Our backend stack (and frontend too) is written almost exclusively in Haskell, deployed into a DC/OS cluster on top of AWS.
We also commonly use Cassandra, Kafka, statsd and Graphite - or any other infrastructure services that’s most suited for the particular problem. We are looking for someone to join our small team as a permanent member of staff, we are interested in candidates who would like to grow with the company and are interested in a longterm role.
