Fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, determined individual with an excellent work ethic. Looking for a well presented, articulate graduate, tenacious and resilient with excellent communication skills. You must have the ability to retain information, and work in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate with have some Recruitment exposure, as well as strong relationship building skills and a genuine interest in the media industry.

You will be expected to network and obtain referrals throughout the industry, resource candidates as briefed by Director. You will also need to focus on candidate database management, candidate interviewing, update availabilities, salaries and candidates requirements on an ongoing basis, generate leads and identify new client names/companies for the line manager to Business Develop, account manage, attend client meetings and presentations, liaise with clients, take job specifications, write adverts and keep up to date with social media.
