SOUS CHEF - INDEPENDENT RESTAURANT - DAILY CHANGING MENUS - LONDON
This very popular, independent restaurant is seeking a passionate and food focused Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fresh British/European cuisine and the menu changes daily. This establishment uses only the best seasonal, organic produce, all which are sourced from its own farm. You must be from a strong fine dining background, ideally of 1/2 AA Rosette standards.
As Sous Chef, you will be working on all sections and be responsible for supervising the junior chefs. The Executive chef will be working closely with you at all times to develop you into a Head Chef and you would be learning all aspects of running a business. You will need good communications skills and you must be able to motivate your team mates. An attractive salary of £35,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
