Your new role
You will be delivering proactive IT support and 1st line duties. Day to day activities are varied and include troubleshooting issues and escalating if necessary, hardware installations, setting up computers and domains, as well as helping with any IT issues that arise within the office. You will be focused and friendly, delivering a feeling of confidence over the phone as well as face to face.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need excellent communication skills and be able to work well independently as well as be able to liaise and work well with other departments. You will have had experience in an IT support environment and feel comfortable dealing with Windows 7/8/10, MS Office 2010/13/16 and Outlook.
