Our client, an independent Preparatory school in Camden, is looking for an enthusiastic and capable maths teacher to join their thriving department.

This independent school for boys in Camden is a well-regarded preparatory school with an excellent reputation for pupil achievement and progress. The school feeds to the best senior schools in London, including St Paul's, Eton, Westminster and City. The school is also part of a wider group of independent schools across London and national associations, and has around 300 boys on roll.

At present we are looking for an experienced and confident maths teacher to join their successful teaching team on a permanent contract. The maths teacher will be required from September 2017 but later start dates may be considered for the right candidate. Experienced candidates will have a strong background teaching preparatory maths and be capable of teaching common entrance and scholarship or above. Candidates without experience in the independent schools sector are ecouraged to apply, as are teachers from secondary schools. NQTs and maths graduates with experience working with children are also encouraged to apply.

Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
