I am sourcing a Breakfast Chef to join my client at their traditional country pub, located on the outskirts of Chichester. The country pub has a well-known reputation for real home cooked food, real ales, handpicked fine wines and friendly, genuine hospitality.
As Breakfast Chef your responsibilities will include providing breakfast to overnight guests (generally up to 10 guests), baking bread for service, general preparation for the day, mise-en-place and assisting throughout the kitchen throughout lunch service.
The role will involve working 45 hours per week, these will be broken down in to 5 manageable and socialable shifts; for example - Tuesday – Friday 07.00 -17.00, Saturday 07.00-12.00.
