Sales Executive / Business Development - Courier Logistics, Basic Salary £23K - £26K + 45% Commission - Genuine £40K

Good basic salary and an excellent commission structure achieving realistic earnings in excess of £40K per year for this permanent role.

Responsibilities;
- Making outbound calls as part of an integrated business campaign using in house CRM data base system with qualified leads. Follow-up leads generated through their on line and email marketing campaign with a view to schedule appointments. Responding to emails and phone inquiries.
- Selling same day/next day transportation solutions to wide ranging corporate sector throughout the London area. Setting up appointments and meetings selling service to key decision makers. Securing new business as well as developing business through the existing recognised brand of client base.
- Selling tailor made solutions that will meet and exceed every clients need, marketed on extremely competitive price structure.

Experience and skills required;
As a sales executive you must be able to demonstrate the ability to assertively target and sell by telephone and face to face into corporate and public sector organizations. Work on own initiative with enthusiasm and full commitment to the business.

Have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to sell to customers in both the public and private sectors

Highly motivated and self-managed individual.

Requirements;
- Minimum 4 years B2B direct sales/telesales experience
- Confident negotiating at senior direct level
- Proven record of success in new business sales
- Able to speak at fluent level
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills

Basic salary £23000 - £26000 + 45% Commission + Bonus, OTE £40.000 uncapped
