This is a terrific opportunity to join a small but fast-paced organisation and immediately make an impact through sales of their suite of innovative and exciting software tools for the property industry.

They are an expanding company based in Warwick. Due to expansion they are now looking to acquire the services of 2 experienced Business Development Managers to work in their team. This is an exciting opportunity with an uncapped earning potential.

Main responsibilities:

- Follow-up incoming leads to generate new business sales.
- Solution sell, including qualification, discovery and prospect analysis.
- Develop and maintain an expert understanding of product offerings.
- The role will include the requirement to carry out online web demonstrations and when required face to face if required.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities
- Actively work with marketing on lead generation campaigns and qualification of prospects.
- Maximising potential from existing accounts, as well as creating new accounts.
- Maintain accurate account, contact, sales activity, opportunity and CRM information.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience of B2B sales.
- Exceptional phone and communication skills with the ability to sell at decision-making levels and close deals over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills complimented by excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation and analytical skills
- Consultative approach to selling
- Home working would be considered but able to visit Warwick on a regular basis
- Previous experience selling to the property market would be a great advantage
- CRM database experience.

Salary dependent on experience - plus uncapped commission
