The role

As a Sales Executive you will be required to develop existing relationships and build new ones by responding to inbound enquiries and ensuring a healthy pipeline of new opportunities. Also ensuring they provide a positive financial contribution to the profits of this knowledge business and the vision and ambition of the organisation.

Duties and responsibilities

- Generate new business leads and sales opportunities
- Phone calls and customer visits to current and previous customers
- Build and maintain a database of potential customers
- Keep CRM system (Salesforce) up to date
- Negotiate & sell to clients by phone and email
- Prepare customer quotations and advertising campaign costings
- Provide admin support and other ad hoc support
- Working with customers through their advertising contract
- Manage relationship with suppliers, e.g. Course Tutors and third parties
- Manage product offering and prices
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Provide detailed financial forecasts of pending sales pipeline
