This ambitious and growing wealth management firm is looking for Call Handlers to join their rapidly growing company. This role will include large amounts of phone work and ideally requires a background in Financial Services.

This position is either temporary or permanent. Basic salary of £18,000 - £22,000 plus lucrative Bonus scheme.

Typical duties and responsibilities:

- Calls to warm leads (generated from advertising campaigns)
- Assisting customer with completion of the applications
- Taking inbound calls from new customers
- Acting as the first point of contact between customers and the company

For this position you must be able to display the following skills:

- An outgoing and likeable nature - ability to build rapport on a daily basis
- A professional approach to work
- Strong attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and within a fast paced environment
- A good level of education, to at least A-Level standard

FCA experience is ideally required along with confidence, a provision of the highest level of customer service and a drive to succeed. This fantastic opportunity is located 1 mile from Knutsford train station with free onsite parking.
