An opportunity has arisen for an administration assistant to join the busy customer care department in a reputable and successful Sheffield window and door fabricating company.

The role is to provide great customer service to home owners and builders whilst ensuring the effective and smooth running of the day to day operations of the department. Reporting to the Installations and Customer Care Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

This challenging position would suit a self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude. The following qualifications and personal attributes would also be of an advantage:

- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

** Salaries will be negotiable dependant on experience in addition to a yearly bonus payment**

Hours of work will be Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.30pm and Friday 8am - 4pm.
