This company provides a specialist call answering and handling service for medium and large businesses, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Every day they help businesses stay connected with their customers and are proud of the strong relationships they have built up over the past 16 years.

Due to their continued success, their Customer Service Centre in Cosham is growing, and they are now looking for motivated and enthusiastic people to join their busy friendly team.

Dealing with inbound calls, you will listen and respond to customers in a warm, friendly and professional manner.

It's important that you have excellent communication skills with good attention to detail. You will need to be computer literate and ideally have previous experience working in a customer service environment, although full In-house training is provided.

They currently have the following vacancies:

Full-Time Agents:
- Contracted weekly hours ranging between 30-40hrs per week.
- Shift patterns to include one weekend shift. (Saturday or Sunday)
- Wage: from £6.95 to £8.20 per hr.

Part Time Weekend Agents:
- Various shifts between the hours of 08.00am to 22.00pm.
- Wage: from £7.95 to £8.20 per hr.

(Rates of pay are compliant with the National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage).
