Working within a small team based within the New Victoria Centre you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the centre and work in close liaison with the Senior Administrator and Resource Manager to ensure an effective and efficient administrative service. This will include liaison with internal and external customers via the telephone, in writing and in person; dealing with a range of matters in an efficient and appropriate manner and taking ownership to resolve issues and queries quickly and effectively. You will also update and maintain data systems and processes to ensure the provision of timely and accurate data for centre managers.
With previous experience of working in a clerical/administrative environment in a customer facing role you will be highly organised with excellent oral and written skills. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages and used to using both computerised and paper based filing systems. You must be able to work on your own initiative as for a substantial part of the week you will be the single point of support for the Centre Management Team.
