Regional Business Development Managers for North/Central and South of England - Head office in Leeds

Basic: £30,000- £45,000 plus car allowance, commission and benefits

First Year OTE: £70,000 - £85,000+ pa

- Preferably have experience of selling services into the NHS. Agency Staff experience would be an advantage

Job Description

The successful Business Development Manager will:
- Be responsible for managing and developing existing NHS hospital relationships whilst identifying and creating new clients across the north, Central and/or South of England.
- Searching for and completing new tender opportunities.
- Working in a consultative manner with key stakeholders in the NHS to provide the right solutions based on their requirements.
- Maximise sales opportunities across the country whilst using all tools available.
- Analyse and report on monthly sales against set targets and budgets.
- Working with Marketing to assist with the promotion of the portfolio of products.

The Successful Applicant

The Business Development Manager:-
- Will have experience in selling services (preferably care or security) into the NHS.
- Able to travel throughout the agreed region of England.
- A proven track record of selling into the NHS.
- Ability to communicate and present to various stakeholders with the ability to prioritise with a methodical approach.
- Attend weekly head office meetings in Leeds
