An information company is looking to further expand its Business Relationship team. This is an opportunity in a growing, fast paced and dynamic Legal Information business, which develops and implements products, for a variety of top 100 global lawyers, both in the UK and internationally.

The purpose of the role is to have responsibility for campaign success through regular engagement with clients and generating additional revenue. You will responsible for developing both existing relationships and delivering new customers through consultative selling. You will manage accounts and develop the existing client base by introducing new products and by providing excellent customer service. You will make outbound calls to prospective and lapsed customers, to introduce new products and services to the clients.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver personal sales targets and hit KPI's to generate sales opportunities using a consultative approach, to maintain and update various databases, and to provide Xtreme service to new and potential clients.

The candidate: The successful candidate will a dynamic and determined individual that is friendly and polite, self-motivated and is adept at multi-tasking. You will be an excellent communicator with good organisational skills. You should be IT literate and always maintain a positive, proactive and professional approach.

Responsibilities to include:-

- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted adviser relationship with key customers
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- Identifying and attending appropriate networking events

Other Matters:

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Educated to degree standard
