This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and growing tech company that develops data validation solutions in the cloud for some of the UK's largest organisations.

They are looking for a junior but talented Technical Support Specialist to join their DevOps team in Norwich on a full or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who is great at understanding a customer's needs, fast at spotting opportunities to help and driven by a passion to become an expert across their range of products. You'll also need to have an understanding of software development, web services and databases along with being competent at understanding and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows desktop applications. Recent graduates with a relevant degree or those with at least one year of industry experience in a customer-facing technical helpdesk environment would be well-suited to this role.

Working with colleagues throughout the business, you will help to ensure their customers receive the best possible service throughout their relationship with us - be that helping a new customer evaluate a product for the first time with pre-sales technical support, or offering hands-on remote help to assist a customer with updating a solution that has been running for many years.

Through training and integration with their wider team you will become an expert across their product range; helping their customers to manage and maintain their solutions across a broad range of technologies and platforms. As part of the wider technical team, you'll also be helping out with monthly data update processes; looking after their networks and servers; evaluating new solutions and helping to shape their future products by representing their customers.

Skills and requirements
- Recent relevant degree or at least one year of industry experience in a customer-facing Helpdesk environment
- Good (technical) understanding of installing, configuring and using applications in Windows desktop environments
- Awareness or previous experience of developing software would be beneficial
- Organised, Proactive, Pragmatic and resourceful approach
- Awareness of business network equipment / common services (Windows Server, DHCP/DNS/Active Directory etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills and team working skills
