This is an opportunity to join a successful and expanding community owned social enterprise that provides personalized social care support to vulnerable adults in Wokingham and the surrounding areas. The company is user-led and works for the benefit of the community.

Requirements: Knowledge of Human Resources systems, record keeping and filing. To assist in recruitment of new staff. To be proactive in all aspects of job. To be sensitive to the needs of the customers.

To assist in Human Resources functions and Operations as required.

Required skills:
- Organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications in particular Excel.
- Good initiative and ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Areas of responsibility and core duties:
- Personnel files
- Administration of new applicants
- Interview prospective employees
- Induct and introduce new starters to the company
- Update policies and procedures
- Maintain annual leave records
- Inform employees of company changes and developments
- Update training and other records
- Some assistance with planning and scheduling for employees
- Providing and requesting references
- General filing and data input

Other Duties:
- Maintain personal awareness of changes and developments of systems used and recognise areas which may require further training.
- Undertake such other duties as may be required by Senior Management of the company.
- To assist in all aspects of the service offered by the company.
- Uphold and promote the social values and ethics of the company.
