Location: Based in Swindon (not in the centre of town and with free, easy car parking)

Salary: £32,000 - 40,000 (depending on experience) + bonus

This company is working with a small, entrepreneurial company based in Swindon, but delivering employee engagement projects internationally. Their vision is to be the world's most innovative provider of employee feedback solutions.

Their client base already includes blue-chip companies like McDonald's, O2 and the Financial Times and they've grown at least 50% every year since they were founded in 2011.

They're looking for an ambitious and determined Research Manager, primarily based in their Swindon office, but travelling 1-2 days a week for client meetings.

Reporting directly into the company's Founder and CEO, you'll play a key role and directly influence their strategy.

What you'll be doing…

- Leading employee survey projects for a diverse range of clients from different sectors
- Demonstrating expert knowledge of employee engagement
- Acting as a trusted advisor to help clients get maximum value from their surveys
- Working with data analysts to develop compelling insight
- Communicating complex recommendations through board level presentations
- Growing trusted client relationships over time

What you need…

- A bachelor's degree is required
- Experience within an account management role, consulting environment or as part of an internal term serving the needs of a large organisation
- Employee engagement or research experience is not essential, but desirable
- A valid UK driving licence
- Excellent presentation skills
- Customer service / client relationship building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An analytical mind
- Energy and enthusiasm
