This company is one of the most successful developers of satellite navigation apps. They are looking for QA Analyst to join the navigation and map data routing team of one of the world's most successful developers of satellite navigation apps for iOS and Android smartphones.

Based in their modern Central London offices, QA are responsible for the development and implementation of a software test plan that results in the release of a quality product. Interfacing with internal and external customers to identify and resolve quality issues you will collaborate with Development, Product and Project Management, recommending automation tools and techniques and assisting with implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Create and execute tests based on requirements in JIRA
- Coordinate with Project and Product managers and QA team members.
- Ensure test cases are efficient, scalable and avoid redundancy.
- Report QA status to the QA lead on site and offshore.
- Hands-on testing of map data and mobile devices (Android, iOS and Windows)
- Weekly Status meeting and updates

Qualifications and experience required:

- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Demonstrable track record of Quality Assurance software testing and automation
- Full driver's license for driving in UK is highly desirable

Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.

Qualifications & Experience:

Skills required:

- Mobile device experience and a familiarity with JIRA, SVN and Jenkins is essential.
- Knowledge of C++ is required.
- Should have 3-5 years' experience testing Android, iOS and Windows.
- Ability to work methodically, accurately and neatly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong technical, analytical and problem solving abilities
- A high level of proficiency with spreadsheet software including Excel and Google Sheets
- Work as part of a team
- Be flexible, work under pressure and able to consistently meet deadlines
- Able to work effectively with remote teams and colleagues
- You will have a proven track record with automation tools and a working knowledge of XML, SQL.
