The company operates a licensee programme whereby they franchise out the brand. Currently there are 63 licensees operating across 86 territories within the UK and Ireland, the franchise itself provides outsourced HR support to SMEs across the British Isles. The work is extremely varied and challenging with plenty of opportunities for self-development.

They are looking for a motivated individual with excellent organisational skills to join their small, fast paced and close-knit team to coordinate business development, operations, legal and marketing projects. This is a new and exciting role, providing valuable work to help expand the company brand across the globe.

You will be working closely with the management team supporting project plans for international development and expansion of the company as well as the on-boarding of national clients and services. You will also be responsible for the coordination of valued added services and Licensee Business Development Working Groups; taking ownership of projects with full autonomy of your actions.

Candidate requirements:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Strong administrative experience and confidence managing different priorities
- An excellent attitude and a willingness to work flexibly and effectively as part of a small team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT Skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
